Sire/Dam of Merit On-line Application Form

The Doberman Pinscher Club of Canada (DPCC) is pleased to offer Sire of Merit (SOM) and Dam of Merit (DOM) awards to successful applicants.

Application Instructions:

Complete the online application.
Provide digital copies of documentation verifying titles of offspring.
- CKC Titles – please include either a copy of the certificate OR the issue, date and page where the title is published in the CKC results.
- Non-CKC titles (AKC, UDC, DVG, etc) – please include (1) a copy of the certificate OR test sheet that includes the testers name and signature, date & location AND, (2) if a progeny is not CKC-titled, a copy of the progeny’s registration certificate confirming sire and dam.
Application Fee
- DPCC Members – there is no application fee for DPCC members; however, all membership fees must be paid in full at time of application.
- Non DPCC Members. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 must be included with the application. Payment by e-transfer can be sent to treasurer@dpcc.ca.

Titles may be either American or Canadian. Note that duplicate titles earned in both countries count only once (e.g., if an offspring receives both an American and a Canadian CD, the CD counts only once, not twice).

Deceased and/or living dogs are eligible for the award.

The applicant is responsible for providing all documentation to back up the applicant’s claim to titles earned by offspring contributing to the SOM or DOM award.

Membership is not a requirement to receive the award, however non-members will pay a fee of $25 for each award. Fee must be provided with the application.
